I recently visited Jones in Bel Air to look at a used car and my experience could not have been worse! This was the first time I have ever been called a "piece of ***" by a car salesman.

I had heard jones was a customer service focused dealership but that was before I met one of their used car salesman Tey. (Maybe Te? Not sure spelling) He started my experience my insisting I drive him in my car to the lot across the street where we had to drive around and "see if the car I wanted was up there." Once we found the car I was interested in he had me drive the car back across the street illegally without tags. Once he grabbed a tag he literally threw the tag into the back window so hard it made a huge clanging sound!

No way to treat a car I was thinking of buying. Not even after but during the test drive came the high pressure lets sign tonight spiel. After the short test drive I asked him a few questions about the car which he didn't know and then I asked him what jones for life meant and he said it added 2600 to the price but came with the car but didn't have to come with the car but could take 1000 off if it didn't come with the car. I still have no idea what he was talking about.

I told him I was confused, but instead of re-explaining himself he acted flustered and told me I was being confusing to him! Then without answering my questions asked me if I wanted to buy the car right then. I replied that I wasn't sure if I could trust him or what he was saying, to which he responded rudely that if I didn't trust him and I should just go buy a car somewhere else! His manner was so rude that my response was "***, I will indeed go elsewhere." Their salesman at that point looked me in the eye, told me I was a "piece of ***," and hopped in the car to repark it.

I reported what happened to someone at the front desk but no manager came out, and no one from jones ever contacted me to address how I was treated. Two days later I get an email from the sales director asking what they had to do to get the deal. I reply with my complaint and expect a reply offering some resolution.

I get no reply at all. My feeling is if this is Jones for a night, I certainly would never want Jones for a lifetime!
