New ReviewerAfter hearing how much the vehicle value was supposed to drop because of the cost of gas I review the dealerships sale prices and they have not diminished? I have reached out to the Maryland Economic committee chair asking him to review the business practice of this dealership chain and possible the industry as a whole.
Again, if you are reading this message do not purchase from this dealership. I realize this site is controlled by the dealer but just in case the public can see this message.
I purchased a Toyota Prius 5 months ago, it is the worst vehicle I have ever had, the drive is terrible. We decided to try and trade it back to Jones, they sold the vehicle telling how the Toyota's hold there value, less than 6 months later we are told a $32,000 vehicle is only worth $14,000.
The sales manager said gas prices went down and the vehicle is not worth what it was just 6 months ago. Once I told the sales manager Carmax valued the vehicle earlier that week at $23,000 they stated they could match that price.
I suggest anyone reading this message look for another dealership, the sales team is trained to deceive the public. I will be forwarding this complaint to the BBB and the Department of Licensing to see if they can stop this predatory practice.
Reason of review: we were told it would hold its value.
Monetary Loss: $8000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Jones Junction Cons: Not honest.
Location: Bel Air South, Maryland

I agree with you, jones junction is a ripoff and the financial department including the managers is a joke...I just bought a new car and a few days later realized VIN on contract was not the car I drove off lot. I contacted via phone and got no response, decided to drive there to make corrections but before I would sign new contract, I requested to see the breakdown because the car that I financed was cheaper compared to what was on the contract. They claim the price wasn't going to change so I refused to resign and I walked out contacting Nissan consumer affair pending investigation!
